OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS FOR INTERSTATE SCALES®
“RUMBLE THE ROAD RALLY SWEEPSTAKES”

1. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase does not increase your chances of winning. You must be 21 years of age as of April 1, 2007. Sweepstakes begins April 1, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. (CDT) and ends December 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (CDT). Complete and submit an Official entry form on www.interstatescales.com with your weigh ticket number, complete name, address, date of birth, phone number and valid email address, or send in an Official entry form with your weigh ticket number, complete name, address, date of birth and phone number, available at participating Interstate Scales truck stop locations, or request an Official entry form and weigh ticket number by sending a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope with postage affixed to: “Rumble the Road Rally Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 6490, Evansville, IN 47719-0490 (VT and WA residents do not need to include return postage.) Mail your entry in a business sized #10 envelope with postage affixed to “Rumble the Road Rally Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 6490, Evansville, IN 47719-0490. Limit one (1) entry per mailing envelope and one weigh ticket number per weigh. Only tickets representing a valid weigh will be eligible. Duplicate entries will be disregarded. Entries must be emailed or postmarked by December 31, 2007. All mail entries must be received by January 9, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. (CDT) to be eligible. Only entrants with completed Official entry forms will be entered for a chance to win the Grand Prize and Monthly Prize Drawings. These official rules are also available at the www.interstatescales.com, any participating Interstate Scales truck stop location or by writing to “Rumble the Road Rally Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 6490, Evansville, IN 47719-0490. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. All entries will become the property of the Sponsor (Hargett Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Interstate Scales) and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator (Blue Edge Marketing Ltd.) are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, mutilated, misdirected, indiscernible, illegible or postage-due mail/entries. Any attempts to access the website via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible for the entire contest. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participants’ or any other persons’ computers relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the entry websites or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are postage due, processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site. Proof of entering information at website or proof of emailing is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. False and/or deceptive entries or accounts shall render entry ineligible. No entry will be acknowledged or entered into with any entrant by phone, fax, mail, or by any other means not specified herein as a designated means of entry. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations. Any Internet or provider usage fees are the sole responsibility of entrant.
2. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and seek all available remedies and damages (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) against any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the terms of service of the web site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules & Regulations; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of photocopies or mechanically reproduced entry forms, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized account subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant eligible for prize and must comply with these Official Rules & Regulations. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, authorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any and/or all of this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from those entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. By participating and/or accepting a prize, (a) entrant/winner agrees to these rules and the decision of the judges which shall be final in all respects and (b) releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, participating Interstate Scales Truck Stop locations, Sweepstakes Administrator; their subsidiaries, and affiliates in this promotion and members of their immediate families from any and all liability including all claims arising out of, but not limited to, injuries, death or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, enjoyment, ownership, and/or possession stemming from the use of any prize or item of value received in this Sweepstakes. Warranties and guarantees, if any, are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes should any cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All entrants to this Sweepstakes agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Vanderburgh County, IN, U.S.A.
3. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) who are 21 years of age or older as of April 1, 2007. ALL PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED CONSISTENT WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS. If a prize cannot be awarded due to entrant’s non-compliance with these rules or legal reasons, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Employees (and persons or relatives living in the same household) of the Sponsor; employees of participating Interstate Scales Truck Stop locations; and Sweepstakes Administrator, any of their affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, promotional suppliers, employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win prizes. Sweepstakes void in Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
4. Prize Drawing and Notification: The Monthly Prize Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received by the deadlines set forth below. All non-winning entries for the Monthly Prize Drawings will be eligible for subsequent Monthly Prize Drawings. All Monthly Prize Winners will receive their prize via UPS or USPS mail. If Sponsor is unable to contact and/or deliver a prize to a potential Monthly Prize Winner or the potential Monthly Prize Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules and Regulations, his/her prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may award such prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries that are eligible to be entered into the Monthly Prize Drawing will also be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing (see below). Limit one (1) Monthly Prize per person per household, however, the Monthly Prize Winners are eligible to win the Grand Prize and will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing.

   All qualified entries will be submitted into the drawing for the Grand Prize as described herein. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 11, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning the Grand Prize and the Monthly Prizes are based on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. The Monthly Drawings and Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted under the supervision of the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent marketing organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator's decisions with respect to any prize winners and any other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone and followed up via certified mail. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and a publicity release (where legal) which must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt of written notification of the prize or run the risk of the Grand Prize being awarded to an alternate winner. If Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator is unable to contact a prize winner within ten (10) days of the initial attempt to contact, if prize winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if prize winner fails to comply with any of the requirements of the Official Rules and Regulations, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner shall be selected. Following receipt of the fully executed affidavit and releases, Grand Prize winner will be contacted to arrange transportation to the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, KY, March 27 – 29, 2008. By entering into the Sweepstakes and accepting prize, all entrants consent to the use of their name, address, photograph (including photographs submitted by them to Sponsor, if applicable), likeness, prize information, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including but not limited to nationwide and online announcements and promotions without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Grand Prize Winner will also be required to provide his/her social security number on their release form for tax purposes. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable. No transfer or substitution of a prize will be made unless Sponsor is unable to fulfill the particular prize due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event of this, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Prizes: Grand Prize (1 awarded): 2007 Harley-Davidson® FLHR Road King® Motorcycle, 93.7-inch in length with a 63.5-inch wheelbase, 5-gallon fuel capacity, air-cooled, Twin Cam 96™ engine with 6-speed transmission (ARV: $22,500.000); and transportation for two (2) to the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, KY, March 27 – 29, 2008 (ARV $1,000.00). Grand Prize will include round-trip (coach air/ground) transportation to and from Louisville, Kentucky, standard hotel accommodations for two nights (1 room/double occupancy) and is not to exceed $1,000.00. Meals, gratuities and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. When made available to winner, Harley-Davidson FLHR Road King will have approximately 50 miles on it due to loading and unloading at Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, KY and Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, TX. By participating in this Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize Winner agrees to accept the Harley-Davidson FLHR Road King as is. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for the pickup/delivery costs for the transportation of the motorcycle to his/her home location, and all taxes, title fees, registration, valid driver's license and insurance (proof of which must be shown prior to the Grand Prize Winner taking possession of the motorcycle), and any other option not included on the stated model. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other costs involved in registering, claiming or use of vehicle and any and all other costs or expenses not specified herein. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $23,500.00.
   
   Monthly Prizes: For each month of the nine (9) month promotion period from April 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007, Thirty (30) Rumble the Road Denim Ball Caps (ARV $5.35) and Thirty (30) Rumble the Road Denim Shirts (ARV $12.25) will be awarded. Monthly prizes will be awarded in monthly drawings in accordance with the schedule provided herein from among all eligible entries received. Total ARV of all Monthly prizes is $4,752.00. Total ARV of all Prizes of this Sweepstakes is $28,252.00.
6. Winner’s List: Beginning on or about April 25, 2008, you may obtain a copy of the Winner’s List, either by going to the Sponsor’s website or mailing a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope (residents of WA and VT may omit return postage) to be received no later than May 23, 2008 to: “Rumble the Road Rally Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 6490, Evansville, IN 47719-0490. Requests received after May 23, 2008, will not be honored.
